John Mara is the president, CEO and co-owner of the New York Giants, just like his father and grandfather before him. He also has a couple of famous nieces, one very and one slightly.

Born in NYC but raised in White Plains, Mara earned a marketing degree from Boston College and a law degree from Fordham. Although he attempted to forge a path of his own as an attorney, he joined the Giants organization in 1991 and maintained his family legacy. He started out as an EVP, worked his way up to COO, then, in 2005 when his father, Wellington, passed away, he became president of the organization. Second only to the Chicago Bears as the oldest NFL team owned by one family, the Giants under Mara and his business partner John Tisch have seen spectacular, if inconsistent, high points, with the Giants earning the Super Bowl title in 2007 and 2011.
