The chairman of the department of plastic surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital (MEETH), Aston is one of the most popular plastic surgeons with aging socialites. He's also married to one—Muffie Potter Aston.

A Virginia native, Aston attended UVA both as an undergrad and for med school and went on to complete his residency at UCLA. After a fellowship at Johns Hopkins, Aston moved to New York to complete his training at NYU. He's been in New York ever since; now Aston heads up the cosmetic surgery practice at MEETH, which performs more cosmetic procedures than any other hospital and remains one of the most prestigious plastic surgery centers in the city with a major A-list following.
