The son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Sean is a musician, visual artist, and occasional tabloid staple, famous for his relationship with fellow wounded celebrity scion Bijou Phillips.

Born in New York, Sean kicked off his musical career at the tender age of five, reciting a story on his mother's 1981 album Seasons of Glass. After attending school in Tokyo and Switzerland, Lennon committed to his musical career full-time, producing several solo albums as well as contributing to acts as diverse as Albert Hammond Jr. and Marianne Faithful. He even has a few film scores under his belt. However, Lennon has often lamented the media attention given to his family (and his uncanny resemblance to his father) rather than his musical output, but that hasn't stopped him from regularly touring.

Almost as if there exists a secret spawn of aging rockers matchmaking service, Lennon made headlines with his relationship with Bijou Phillips, daughter of John Phillips of The Mamas & The Papas. The pair hooked up in 2000, but broke up in 2003 after Lennon found out that Phillips had cheated on him with a childhood friend (the relationship was not all for naught—their breakup provided the material for Lennon's album Friendly Fire). These days, Lennon's shacked up with Charlotte Kemp Muhl, is Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger bandmate. [Image via Getty]
