It seems only fair that if we're going to point out when a fledgling The View co-host declares that the demands of raising her children leave no time for contemplation of questions about the roundness and/or flatness of the planet on which she lives, we should also note the fact that she later explained the gaffe was due to "one of those senior brain poopy moments," not the lack of a kindergarten education. The big winner in this brief flat-earth controversy is, of course, Elizabeth Hasselbeck, who will never again be accused of being the dullest knife in The View's cutlery drawer.
