In response to our earlier reference to Tobey Maguire's longtime battle with poker-induced morbid obesity, an operative from the Sony lot offers an update on Spider-Man's fitness level:

I see him working out every day at the Sony gym on the lot here in Culver City. He is slimming down for sure. When I see him on the lot I always think "My livelihood is in that guy's hands."

In the future, we promise to think twice before posting a joke about Maguire's weight, recognizing that hundreds of people at Sony are only a Ding-Dong-binge relapse away from losing their jobs.
