Score the latest round of the Great Celebrity-Paparazzi War for Team Rich N' Famous, as Reese Witherspoon's Disneyland photographer-assailant was charged with various acts of toddler-bashing while trying to snap Witherspoon in the Magic Kingdom:

A photographer was charged with child endangerment and battery for allegedly striking a 5-year-old child with his camera and shoving another out of the way to take pictures of Reese Witherspoon and her children.

Todd K. Wallace, 44, was charged Friday and was due back in court Wednesday, Assistant City Attorney Patrick Ahle said.

The photographer also is charged with battering the 5-year-old's mother, who is a friend of Witherspoon, and two employees at a Disney theme park, said Anaheim Police Sgt. Rick Martinez.

After allegedly bopping the tyke with his camera and roughing up the child's mother, the rampaging paparazzi then proceeded to tell Witherspoon's children that he found Just Like Heaven "predictable and cloying," and that the actress's marriage to stay-at-home dad Ryan Phillippe was "doomed to fail," wounds that will be painfully reopened during the trial.
