Mary-KateAndAshley.com, the online home for all things Olsen Twins has plenty of "shoe news" (no doy, flip-flops "sizzle through all of the seasons"), but no official word on her trip to rehab for an "eating disorder." However, the site has an impressive archive of health tips, including this entry for "Safe Salad":

Before you even think about biting into an apple or munching a carrot stick, make sure you rinse it first! Left un-washed, your favorite fruit or vegetable could be home to dangerous bacteria and viruses that lead to food poisoning. Also, be especially cautious of bruised produce (it is easier for bacteria to enter through cuts in the skin.) Once you scrub your fruits and veggies, savor 4-6 servings a day!

You know what? Salads can be covered in really nasty pesticides and wilty lettuce is so totally gross. Better to just throw the salad out and blow a couple of lines to get rid of that troublesome appetite!
